so, i went to the summer meltdown today. 10 bands, 10 hours. well...the first 5 i didn't really get into...but the last 5 were awesome.

Jaime, how come you never made me get into the moshpit at the shows we went to back in madison? I speant the better part of the last 5 bands in the middle of the mosh pit, and it was the greatest thing ever.

So yea, starting with Subconscious, i decided to try the mosh pit for once...and loved it. despite the fact that i was slammed into the ground, head first during their last song. maybe that was why i liked it so much actually. i got a rather large bump on the side of my head now.

Elly found me and attacked me briefly when i went to go get a bottle of water after subconscious played, and then when delmag started playing we ran into the pit together. she got hit pretty good in the gut though, real quickly, and got out, and then went and sat with the friends she came with for most of the rest of the show.

I moshed for part of unjust as well, but not the whole time.

I spent the entire time right up front in the center of the mosh pit for both twelve tribes, and 36 crazyfists. The singer for twelve tribes had these dreadlocks like down to his waist, and he did a stage dive....right ontop of me, which was pretty cool. 36 crazyfists were the headliners, but i personally think twelve tribes put on the better show. i'm sure most people from alaska would disagree with me though, because 36 is from here in alaska. though 36 did put on an awesome show to.

But now, i'm sunburnt all to hell, my legs are exhausted...and beat up, as is the rest of my body...and it's bed time.
